1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AnimeAtlas ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

AnimeAtlas is an iOS application that provides anime tracking and recommendation services through integration with MyAnimeList (MAL). The App uses Claude by Anthropic for AI-powered features and connects to the Jikan and MyAnimeList APIs.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid MyAnimeList account
• You must be at least 13 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining your MAL account security

4. Data Storage and Privacy

• All user data is stored directly with MyAnimeList
• We do not maintain any servers or store user data independently
• AI analysis is performed using Claude by Anthropic
• API calls are made to Jikan and MyAnimeList APIs
• We collect minimal diagnostic data through the app store for app functionality

5. Third-Party Services

MyAnimeList

• Your use of MAL services is subject to MAL's Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for MAL service interruptions or data loss
